With a background in dance since age three, I’ve always had an appreciation for how the body moves. I got curvy in my sophomore year of high school and tried all sorts of diets to lose “those last 5 pounds.” Then a friend who owned a gym turned me on to training at the age of 15. In just a few months, I lost 16 inches and went down two dress sizes. I got excited about a new way to get strong, and learned that the number on the scale is not the end-all be-all.
My curiosity for body functionality and capability brought me to become a certified personal trainer in 2001. I started my career at Beverly Hills Health and Fitness in West Hollywood, and then trained at LA Fitness on Wilshire in Los Angeles before making the move to in-home training. Having worked with all ages and body types, along with my deep understanding of body mechanics, I have an edge to not just help clients get the best workout, but to educate them on WHY they’re doing specific moves.
I love to include all kinds of training modes, from resistance training with weights and bands to cardio, yoga stretches and Pilates moves. I may even throw some ballet at you. We’ll cover a lot in our sessions so I can keep you engaged, we’ll create sustainable results, and I’ll always take you out of your comfort zone in a fun way.

IN-HOME TRAINING
I come to you
Super simple and convenient. We don't need much space in your home or apartment - it could literally be a 5 x 5 area. I'll bring weights up to 8 lbs, other equipment, and a mat (all disinfected after each client).
VIRTUAL TRAINING
Zoom sessions
If you live outside the Los Angeles area or aren't comfortable meeting in person during these crazy times, we'll do our sessions via Zoom. Don't have equipment? All you need is your determination and we'll make it work with the items in your home.
